Emancipation Proclamation was issued. On January 12, 1948 The U.S. Supreme
Court ruled Blacks had the right to study law at state institutions. In
then, in 1952, THe Universtiy of Tennessee admitted it 1st Black student.
1971 the first Congressional Black Caucus was formed. And, sometime during
this decade some body posted this gem on Youtube for all the world to
see."
