  • January 13, 2010 -- WayneMadsenReport  Blackwater/XE behind terrorist bombings in Asia and Africa?  WMR's intelligence sources in Asia and Europe are reporting that the CIA contractor firm XE Services, formerly Blackwater, has been carrying out "false flag" terrorist attacks in Afghanistan, Somalia, the Sinkiang region of China, Pakistan, Iran, and Iraq, in some cases with the assistance of Israeli Mossad and Indian Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) personnel.   ...   Fingers are being pointed at Blackwater/XE and Mossad operatives for the motorbike bomb in Tehran that killed Tehran University nuclear physicist Dr. Moussad Ali-Mohammadi. On January 12, a bomb attached to a motorbike outside of Ali-Mohammadi's house went off while the professor was leaving for work. The bomb, which instantly killed to pro-reform Ali-Mohammadi, was remotely triggered by a team that was later linked to a U.S.-base group called the Iran Monarchy Association, which favors restoring the son of the late Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi II, to Iran's "Peacock Throne." The Iran Monarchy Association is believed to be a CIA front organization.    ...    There are also reports that Blackwater/XE personnel are in Somalia and have carried out terrorist bombings in Mogadishu that have been blamed by the United States and the puppet transitional government of Somalia on the Al-Shabab Islamic irregular forces as a pretext for a wider Blackwater role in the country.    ...    Blackwater is also believed to be transiting between Somalia, the breakaway republic of Somaliland, and Yemen. WMR has learned of Blackwater counter-insurgency personnel working alongside Yemeni security forces in joint operations against Huthi rebels in the predominantly-Shi'a region of northern Yemen. U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Admiral Michael Mullen recently stated that there were no plans to station U.S. troops in Yemen but he studiously avoided mentioning a counter-insurgency role for U.S. private military contractors.    ...    Blackwater maritime security personnel have also been active in the Gulf of Aden region against so-called Somali "pirates," who are, in reality, Somali fishermen who are exacting tribute because of over-fishing of Somali waters by foreign fishing fleets and the dumping of toxic waste in Somali waters.    ....    A number of terrorist bombings in Pakistan have been blamed by Pakistani Islamic leaders on Blackwater, Mossad, and RAW. Blackwater has been accused of hiring young Pakistanis in Peshawar to carry out false flag bombings that are later blamed on the Pakistani Taliban, also known as Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan. One such bombing took place during the Ashura procession in Karachi last month. The terrorist attacks are carried out by a secret Blackwater-XE/CIA/Joint Special Operations Command forward operating base in Karachi. The XE Services component was formerly known as Blackwater Select, yet another subsidiary in a byzantine network of shell and linked companies run by Blackwater/Xe on behalf of the CIA and the Pentagon.      ...    On December 3, 2009, the Pakistani newspaper Nawa-i-Waqt reported: "Vast land near the Tarbela dam has also been given to the Americans where they have established bases for their army and air forces. There, the Indian RAW [Research and Analysis Wing] and Israeli Mosad are working in collaboration with the CIA to carry out extremist activities in Pakistan."    ...   Blackwater/XE is also thought to be carrying out terrorist roadside bombings in Algeria, once the exclusive domain of the mercenary French Foreign Legion, to justify a greater American security presence in Algeria, ostensibly to protect natural gas pipelines in the country.    ...    Blackwater/XE and agents of the Mossad and RAW are also reportedly active in sponsoring Islamist terrorist groups active in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and the Xinjiang-Uighur Autonomous Region (XUAR) of China for a variety of reasons. For the United States, the operations are to ensure those nation's support for the U.S. "counter-terrorism" operations in central Asia. For India, there is a desire to pin blame for support for Uighur and other central Asian Islamist guerrilla movements on Pakistan in order to drive a wedge between Beijing and Islamabad. For Israel, the support helps in continuing close security relationships between Tel Aviv and Beijing and the Muslim central Asian "stans."    ...    RAW has also been smuggling radical Islamic literature to Uighurs in Xinjiang. All of the literaure has the imprimatur of Pakistan. RAW uses Indian consulates in Jalalabad and Kandahar in Afghanistan to help U.S. covert teams to carry out bombings that are blamed on the Taliban and Pakistani Inter-Service Intelligence (ISI) interlocutors. Blaackwater/XE personnel based in Quetta, the capital of Pakistan's Baluchistan province, have also been active in supporting cross-border raids by an Iranian Baluchi terrorist group called Jundullah. Nawa-i Waqt also reported that two Baluchi separatist groups, the Baluch Liberation Front and the Baluch Liberation Army, "have their headquarters in London and Israel respectively."    ...

Historian George F. Smith pointed out, in an essay about Washington's successful crossing of the Delaware to attack the British (Hessian mercenaries) in Trenton on Christmas Day that "Hessian brutality swung many New Jersey neutrals to the American cause..."

    But the US is aware of the calamitous ramifications of an Iranian adventure upsetting not only the region but sending its tsunami-like ripples to the regions beyond. So it would be rather safe to forecast that the US will not attack Iran in the immediate future. Israel, apparently disappointed by the US hesitation to launch a pre-emptive strike against Iran, is showing signs of returning to its policy of assassination to weaken or eliminate its enemies. Israeli intelligence apparatus Mossad reportedly assassinated Ardashir Hassan Baur, one of Iran's top nuclear scientists, last month. Ardashir, who was instrumental in founding the Nuclear Research Centre in Esfahan, was the director of the Centre for Nuclear Electromagnetic Studies, the hub of Iranian nuclear activities.

    The Sunday Times newspaper said Mossad was the most-likely force behind the assassination. Riza Pahala of the Stratfor, an American private establishment working in the area of espionage, said the Iranian scientist figured high in the Mossad hit list.  Israel has assassinated not only Arab leaders and scientists but Jewish citizens of Egypt and other parts of the Arab world as well. The purpose of killing the Arab Jews was to create a sense of insecurity among the Jewish communities living peacefully in Egypt and elsewhere so that they will immigrate to the Zionist state. Again it was Jewish terrorists, members of the Stern group to be specific, who committed numerous atrocities over a period of time against the British and Arabs, including the assassination of Count Bernadotte, the UN mediator between the Arabs and Jews in September 1948. Eminent Arab and Palestinian personalities such as founding chairman of the Palestine Authority Yasser Arafat and Hamas leader Ahmad Yassin were victims of Israel's policy of eliminating their enemies or those who they considered to be enemies.

    A major function of the Israeli intelligence is obviously to follow the activities of the Arab nuclear scientists and assassinate them with the express goal of depriving the Arab countries of capable scientists. For instance, Egyptian nuclear scientist Dr Samirah Musa was killed in a road accident in the United States in 1952 caused by an unidentified driver. Israel did not like her because she used to voice deep concerns about the hazards of the increasing Israeli nuclear activities in the Middle East.  She also had, reportedly, invented a simpler method to develop the critical grade nuclear material from metals cheaper than uranium. Again, in 1967 another Egyptian nuclear physicist Dr Sameer Najib was assassinated in Detroit after he conducted some successful experiments in the military application of nuclear science. Another suspected assassination by the Mossad agents is the mysterious death, in Paris in June 1980, of Dr Yahya Amin Al-Mushed, chief of the Iraqi nuclear project. He was in France for detailed discussions regarding the French cooperation in the Iraqi nuclear reactor. In July 1989, some unknown assailants shot Egyptian scientist Saeed Al-Bodair dead at his Alexandria apartment. He had developed some pioneering theories in the field of microwave. These are part of the Zionist scheme to keep the nuclear facilities away from the reach of Arabs and Muslims.

    I wonder what would have happened if an Israeli scientist were assassinated by an Arab intelligence agency. All the Arab governments would, no doubt, be described as terrorists and sponsors of terror. No amount of racist justification can conceal the state-sponsored terrorism practiced by Israel with the tacit approval of the United States.  Now the key question is who will protect the scientists of the Middle East from Israel's assassination squads. The plane is a Gulfstream 14-seater business jet that cannot be used for arms transport, but there are other relevant connections. Fred Rindel was the owner of Dodson. The company was closed on 31 December 1998, but during the period under investigation, the plane was leased to, and operated by, Greater Holdings (Liberia) Ltd., a company with gold and diamond concessions in Liberia. March 27, 2006 -- Outsiders racing to oil-rich Gulf of Guinea in Africa. Israel is making a major overture to Africa's most despotic dictator -- Teodoro Obiang Nguema of Equatorial Guinea. In 2004, Israel Military Industries (IMI) sold Nguema's Coast Guard, a force established under a contract with Military Professional Resources, Inc. (MPRI) of Alexandria, Virginia, two Shaldag MK-II fast patrol boats.

MPRI's web site states "MPRI developed an integrated team of defense, security, and Coast Guard experts to provide a detailed set of recommendations to the government of Equatorial Guinea concerning its defense, littoral, and related environmental management requirements, as well as detailed implementation processes. The implementation of the NSEP will begin in early 2006."

Nguema has also negotiated for other Israeli private security firms and defense contractors to provide security services and weapons to Equatorial Guinea. These include Aeronautics Defense Systems, which is teamed with General Dynamics, to provide Aerostar unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to the U.S. Navy. Israeli troops have been seen training Obiang's presidential security forces in Mongomo, the small town where Obiang was born.

With Israeli-supplied patrol boats plying the waters of Equatorial Guinea's off-shore oil platforms and islands, including the islands of Bioko, Annobon, Elobey, aand Corisco, as well as the coastline of mainland Rio Muni, comes word that Nigeria requested 200 patrol boats from the United States to help put down insurgencies among the peoples of the Delta region, whose land and waters are being ruined by pollution from Western oil companies. Last year, Nigeria negotiated with China for the delivery of dozens of Chinese-made fast patrol boats to guard off-shore oil installations. Nigeria has also ordered fighter jets from China. China receives 30,000 barrels of oil per day from Nigeria
