Combining Guard units - 1/145th Inf. with two troops 10th Armored Cav - is another obvious point but almost second tier [collectivizes the undertaking by sharing participation and it made a better story but the massacre would have happened anyway]. Four students died, and two were seriously injured. The ROTC building was torched and the CIA is thought to have torched ROTC buildings in Sweeney. If Roskens was CIA - as Richard Celeste may have been similarly in Ohio overlapping from 1970 on - he may have been placed on campus under MOTHER GOOSE or either of the apparent successors, BACKDRAFT or MHCHAOS. An obvious question: Why associate Ronald Roskens with the CIA apart from the homosexuality issue raised by DeCamp, and the answer is repeated external indicators. A guess is that he's associated with a particular faction IN the CIA - we obviously do not back down on suggesting Allen Dulles was probably a child molester [ho ho ho, tweed, mustache, pipe]. CIA under George H. W. Bush thrives on pretense, and after firing Roskins [sic] the University of Nebraska decided to name a building after him in 1990 [whereas otherwise they'd probably just leave the subject alone]."
